Welcome to the American Photo photo blog! The year is 1943, and this one is “hot off the presses”. According to the photo sleuths down at the Library of Congress, the black & white photo was taken at the Greenville, South Carolina. Air Service Command. These men are members of the Quartermaster Truck Company of the 25th service group. Naturally, the full-color version is a creeation of American Photo (that would be us).

At American Photo Colorizing, our goal is to shred the black & white veil that separates us from the lives of those who came before us. It’s time to “Go Color” with your vintage and antique family photos. Your ancestors are counting on you!
