The year is 1860. I grew from childhood in Port Huron, Ohio to become known as the “Wizard of Menlo Park”. The incandescent light bulb, the phonograph, motion pictures, and hundreds of other inventions were born in my laboratory. My parents named me “Thomas Alva” – but you can call him “Tom”. Who am I?

At American Photo Colorizing, our goal is to shred the black & white veil that separates us from the lives of those who came before us. It’s time to “Go Color” with your vintage and antique family photos. Your ancestors are counting on you!
